Nourish Yourself as Your Nourish Your Baby
In the 3rd trimester nutritional priorities change, and finding quality sources of organic foods rich in folate, vitamin C, GLA, choline, fiber, calcium and other EFA’s are essential to ensuring the proper development of the brain and other organs. Proper nutrition at this stage not only prevents tubal defects like spina bifida, it can also ensure that the genetic potential of the body and brain are expressed to their highest development. Height, weight, IQ, immunity, labor/birth, and mental/emotional states can all be impacted by the mother’s diet, exercise, and stress levels. This is a magical time!
So many clients ask me for a simple, daily ritual to ensure they are getting all that they need to properly nourish themselves and their baby, This simple routine can be achieved for approximately $6 per day:
Morning:
Blend a smoothie with frozen organic strawberries or blueberries, 5 TBSP PowerShake, 1 cup of organic oat/almond/coconut milk, 1 cup water, 1 tsp Barley Grass Juice Powder (Iron, Choline), 2 Biome Medic capsules (gentle glyphosate detox, digestion, nutrient absorption, gut health), 5 Super Aminos (increase elasticity and shorten recovery time)
Your nighttime ritual: 1 TBSP Apothecherry (Promotes deep sleep, Anti inflammatory, Healthy breast tissue protection)
Coconut oil massaged topically on all stretched areas and yoni.
Remember to consume an extra 300 calories per day.
Stretch daily as well.
Consume lots of WATER. (pee every two hours)
Sleep as often as needed.
Get a lot of bodywork.
